Custom Test Engine

We build cost-efficient, custom test engine clusters using off-the-shelf hardware combined with tailored interfaces to the System-under-Test (SUT). Our hard real-time systems support InfiniBand and Multi-GBit-Ethernet for the internal high-speed communication. Wherever possible, the communication with the system-under-test uses original I/O types like AFDX, CAN, ARINC 429 in the avionics domain. Modular architecture, scalable CPU nodes, and ultra-low latency communication ensure precise, high-performance testing.

Our modular test platforms combine standard hardware with custom boards and interfaces, enabling flexible integration with any SUT. Powered by Verified’s hard real-time Linux kernel, clusters deliver microsecond-level scheduling and fast I/O response. Scalable performance, distributed interfaces, and high-speed interconnects like InfiniBand and Multi-GBit-Ethernet ensure efficient, parallel execution of complex automated test scenarios.

We provide tailored test environments with custom I/Os, discrete/analog/PWM boards, and support for standard as well as customer-specific protocols. RT-Tester enables parallel real-time simulation, advanced automation, and domain-specific test languages.
