Our company’s success story began in 1998 as a strategic spin-off from the University of Bremen. Founded with the mission to transform complex theoretical concepts into practical industrial solutions, we have specialized in the verification and validation of safety-critical embedded systems from the very beginning. This expertise, deeply rooted in an environment of academic excellence, remains the foundation of our technological leadership in highly sensitive safety domains today.

Under the leadership of Managing Directors Dr. Jörg Brauer and Dr. Oliver Meyer, the company has continuously evolved into a sought-after partner for the aerospace, rail, space and defence industries. Our focus lies in managing the highest levels of complexity in software development and testing under extreme safety requirements. By combining decades of experience with a strong spirit of innovation, we guide our customers safely through the demanding processes of software and system certification.

We develop and apply advanced methods to ensure software quality in highly safety-critical domains such as aerospace, rail, space and defence. Our focus lies on the early detection of defects and the formal validation of requirements and architectures. This significantly reduces risk throughout the development lifecycle. Our objective is to deliver software that is not only functionally correct, but also consistently meets the highest certification and safety standards.

We support leading industrial organisations such as Airbus and Siemens in the development and assurance of complex software systems. Our involvement spans the entire lifecycle, from requirements engineering through to certification consultation. Our team brings together highly qualified experts, all holding at least an excellent Master of Science degree, with around 50% holding a PhD in computer science or related fields.
