General purpose RT-Tester real-time cluster for testing of aircraft equipment, made-to-measure for customer needs, including a break-out box and fault-insertion unit for automated robustness tests.

Next generation test node
Next generation test cluster node. These nodes support plug-and-play detection of I/O boards and can be combined easily for setting up clusters for specific SUT test environments. (Hardware was developed by company esd).

Break-out box and patch panel
Break-out box and patch panel for easy access of all SUT signals. Integrated fault-insertion unit for automated simulation of line-resistances, defective wires and shortcuts.

Connection panel for bus-type I/Os
Connection and break-out panel for bus-type I/Os like CAN, AFDX, ARINC 429 etc.

Start/Stop controller
Start/Stop controller for easy handling of a complete cluster. Besides handling of power switching, it signals test activities and prevents cluster shutdowns during test executions.

Internal cluster component connections
Internal connections of cluster building blocks. In addition to signal connections, measuring buses are provided for automated switching of external measurement devices to selected SUT pins.
