Start/Stop controller for easy handling of a complete cluster. Besides handling of power switching, it signals test activities and prevents cluster shutdowns during test executions.

Internal connections of cluster building blocks. In addition to signal connections, measuring buses are provided for automated switching of external measurement devices to selected SUT pins.
